As a NASM Certified Personal Training, Nick has found his calling using the Steel Mace and Bodyweight movement to assist clients of any ability level to improve their strength, balance, flexibility and reduce their risk for injury in functional (things you do every day) movement.
Nick’s background in athletics throughout his life taught him leadership skills that carry over to his role as a coach by guiding a client through their own fitness journey with positive feedback and support every step of the way. His background in sports also taught Nick how to fit healthy habits into a busy schedule, which he passes along to our clients every day.
The first thing that you’ll notice about Nick when you work with him is the energy, positivity and support that he brings to each session which will carry you through challenges to improved health and fitness!
