Middle School Athlete Performance
Our program is designed to build speed, agility and strength in a way that is safe for youth athletes, and provides FAST effective results.
Middle School Athletes will learn:
- How to warm-up properly so they can avoid injury
- How to run with perfect form so they can be the fastest on the field
- How to strength train the RIGHT way so they can be ready for high school
- To have more confidence to be a better leader on the field.
Our athletes work directly with a coach for every minute of every session, so that they are shown how to train properly, safely and effectively.
